To me, designing someone’s home is so personal that you can’t do it successfully without getting to know the person behind the space on a deeper level, beyond their Pinterest Boards.
At BODHI, as a part of our Design Process we have every person we work with complete homework so we can get to know, not only their aesthetic and functional preferences, but also get to know them!
It’s a two-way street. I would never ask my client’s personal questions, without giving them my own, personal, responses to those same questions.
