This project is a 550SF rental condo in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood, west of Denver. The homeowner decided to use it as a rental property, and needed to furnish the entire space on a budget.
Everything was thrifted locally from FB Marketplace, local thrift stores, estate sales, and was completed for under $900! (Not including our service fees).
We provided a turn-key process, from curation of the items, to storing and installation so the homeowner was able to focus on other things… like finding a tenant!
